Since a real estate agent has tried and true experience in negotiating, it is to your advantage to allow him to do it for you.

Through the commission the real estate agent will receive for selling your home, he has a vested interest in selling your home for the highest price possible. This is perhaps one of the best reasons of all to use a real estate agent to help you make the highest profit possible for your home. Since the real estate agent’s paycheck depends the amount for which he can sell your home, it goes without saying that the agent is going to work to get the best price possible.

For sale by owner is always a choice for selling your home. Keep in mind that if you choose the right real estate agent, you could end up making far more than you would had you sold your home on your own.
